Vignerons workshop
The domains vineyard of Cyril Courvoisier was restored after 80 - 100 years of abandonment of old terraces (following phylloxera and world wars). I cleared and restored dry stone walls before replanting Syrah vines in red (Cornas and St Joseph) and Marsanne and Roussanne in whites (Saint Peray).
The Domaine’s vineyard is respectfully cultivated in biologic agriculture, with few agriculture inputs and particular attention to the carbon footprint.

Le vignoble du Domaine Cyril Courvoisier a été réhabilité après 80 à 100 ans d’abandon des anciennes terrasses (suite au phylloxera ou aux guerres mondiales). J’ai défriché et reconstruit les murettes en pierre sèche, avant d’y réimplanter les cépages Syrah en rouge (Cornas et Saint Joseph) et Marsanne et Roussanne en blanc (Saint Péray).
Le vignoble du Domaine est cultivé de manière respectueuse en Agriculture Biologique avec peu d’intrants et une attention particulière au bilan carbone.
